Patient FAQ

Do you offer financing?

We offer financing through Proceed Finance. Proceed Finance offers flexible fixed loan terms with monthly payment options for almost every budget. We can process your application right here in the office and allow for same day treatment upon approval! Please inquire with our office.

Do you take insurance?

The short answer is YES! While we are a Fee-For-Service practice. We submit to all dental insurance companies; however, we are not in network with any insurance companies. For a more thorough understanding please read through the paragraph below:

As a condition of your treatment by this office, financial arrangements must be made in advance. The practice depends upon reimbursement from the patients for the costs incurred in their care and financial responsibility on the part of each patient must be determined before treatment. All emergency dental services, or any dental services performed without previous financial arrangements, must be paid for in cash at the time services are performed. Patients who carry dental insurance understand that we are a “fee for service clinic” and all dental services furnished are charged directly to the patient and that he or she is personally responsible for payment of all dental services regardless of insurance coverage. We are not contracted with any dental insurance companies therefore payment is due and will be collected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. As a courtesy this office will help prepare the patients insurance forms or assist in making collections from insurance companies and will credit any such collections to the patient's account. However, this dental office cannot render services on the assumption that our charges will be paid by an insurance company. As a subscriber to your specific insurance plan, you are responsible for knowing the terms and limitations of it. Colorado Centre for Implant and Prosthetic Dentistry is not responsible for charges incurred because of any service not being covered and/or paid for by your plan, nor can the staff of Colorado Centre for Implant and Prosthetic Dentistry be responsible for knowing the terms of your policy. You are responsible for any treatment and visit charged for and not covered under your plan. If you have any questions about your insurance benefits, please contact your human resources manager at your work or call the insurance company directly.

How much do implants cost and does insurance cover the cost?

In general, the cost of a dental implant is almost the same as replacing it with a regular fixed bridge. Dental implant treatment may have insurance coverage, but situations vary based on your insurance plan. The cost will vary by patient needs, bone levels, and region. Dr. Dhawan will make an assessment based on your unique needs.
